Discover Our Mission

International Chaplaincy Network RTIM is a Christ-centered chaplaincy network. We provide chaplaincy training, spiritual and emotional accompaniment, and a pathway to join our network. Our basic chaplaincy course lasts ten weeks, online or in person; additional courses prepare participants for particular areas of service. We support people facing illness, grief, crisis, and other difficult circumstances, respecting each person’s dignity and beliefs.

We prepare Christian chaplains, offer spiritual and emotional accompaniment, and connect applicants with the ICN RTIM network.

Train chaplains through a ten-week basic course.

Offer spiritual and emotional accompaniment in difficult circumstances.

Connect chaplains through our membership application process.

Training applicants must belong to a Christian ministry and submit a letter of recommendation and a letter of good conduct. The director of Admissions reviews requests. Additional courses by area are separate from the ten-week basic course.
