International Chaplaincy Network RTIM equips and deploys trained chaplains to bring spiritual, emotional, and practical care in hospitals, prisons, schools, workplaces, and communities. Our calling is to serve with dignity, excellence, and compassion beyond borders.

To form and support chaplains who embody faith, hope, and compassionate presence, serving people in crisis and guiding institutions toward holistic well-being.
Vision
Communities restored in shalom (wholeness) through chaplaincy marked by ḥesed (steadfast love), tzedek (righteousness), and mishpat (justice).
What We Do
- Hospital & Clinical Chaplaincy: on-site rounds, crisis care, family support.
- Corrections & Reentry: pastoral care, grief/loss, restoration pathways.
- Education & Youth: mentoring, values formation, resilience training.
- Corporate & Workplace: counseling, ethics guidance, critical-incident response.
- Missions & Disaster Response: multi-agency collaboration in relief contexts.
- Ceremonial Services: weddings, funerals, honors and civic events.
